terms & conditions
1. Client agrees to care for all materials and decorations used in event. If any materials are damaged by the end of the event, the client herby agrees to financially reimburse owner for all damages.

2. Client agrees that owner of Provecho Picnics LLC will not be held accountable for any incident damage from material set up and food distribution. Owner, representatives, employees, or third parties will not be held accountable. Provecho Picnics LLC is not responsible and will not be held liable for any accident that happens during the time of event.
3. Client agrees to get their temperature taken at the time of arrival. Non-compliance to getting temperature check will result in cancellation with no refund. Client agrees to inform the owner of if any guests/clients or themselves are sick; this includes but not limited to flu, COVID-19 or any other illness that could put the health of owner, representatives, or employees at risk.

4. Client agrees to arrive to event site as soon as possible. Only a 15 minute grace period will be given, if client exceeds 30 minutes beyond the scheduled time, owner can cancel event with no refunds. Owner can offer a reschedule but is not obligated to do so.

5. Cancellations, reschedules, or other circumstances are non-refundable. Client can re-schedule event if any unforeseen circumstances occur. Client must contact owner and notify of cancellation. If a reschedule is requested, client must reschedule within a two months of original event session. If scheduled after two months of original event session, additional full fee of event will be required. If cancellation is due to weather conditions, owner will make arrangements to schedule with client as soon as possible. Owner can refund on a case by case basis and to the owners discretion.

6. Client agrees that upon an unforeseen situation they will call the owner and not leave event materials unattended. Client agrees to notify the owner at last 30 minutes before leaving the picnic.
7. Client understands that reserving the day and time of picnic/event does not guarantee a reservation. Client understands that an agreed upon date for the picnic will not be confirmed until the amount of the picnic/event is fully paid for.
8. Client agrees to schedule at least 72 hours prior to the picnic/event.
