If I cancel my picnic/event, will I get a full refund?

No, Provecho Picnics and Events does not offer any refunds but we can reschedule. We ask that if you cancel, do it at least 48 hours before the event to keep your credit and be able to reschedule for another time.

How many days in advance can I schedule my picnic/event? 

We ask that you please schedule your picnic/event at least 72 hours before your picnic. This gives us time to arrange and accommodate you and your guests best.

Can I reschedule my picnic/event?

Of course! Just let us know at least 48 hours before rescheduling.

Can I arrive late to the picnic/event?

We ask that you arrive on the scheduled time as other reservations are scheduled. We do offer a 15 minute grace period. If client does not arrive after grace period, owner can cancel event with no refunds.

Can we leave our picnic/event early?

Yes, you can! But we ask that the guests notify the owner at least 30 minutes before departing the site. 

 

Does Provecho Picnics offer any vegan or vegetarian options for the charcuterie boards?

Yes! We can modify our charcuterie boards to best fit your dietary restrictions/allergies or preferences. Do not forget to mention this when submitting reservation, we are happy to make any arrangement! 

 

Can I schedule a picnic/event outside of Tucson?

Yes, we can make arrangements to travel out of Tucson. Arrangements with the owner are highly encouraged before submitting reservation. We offer our services within a 20 mile radius in Tucson, Az. Any travel beyond 20 miles will incur in a traveling fee. Traveling fee depends on location.  

 

Can I have an event setup for more than 10 people? 

Yes! We would be happy to arrange an event for more than 10 people. Arrangements must be done with owner to best fit your needs and preferences.
